You receive the request instantly on your mobile phone via WhatsApp and can reply directly to the customer to confirm or decline the booking, ask questions, or suggest an alternative time.

How it works

1. A customer visits your GoOut2Dine listing.
2. They complete the booking request form and click Send Request via WhatsApp.
3. The request is delivered instantly to your chosen WhatsApp number.
4. You simply reply to the customer to confirm, decline, or discuss their request.

Please note: booking requests do not automatically reserve a table. A reservation is only confirmed once you have responded directly to the customer.
